I am guilty of watching too many horror stories on local news. I reached out to friends and others educating myself and preparing myself ready to follow the 'let the buyer beware' premise. To my surprise, we had great experiences from the first day we met Jack continuing throughout the entire job right to the completion date. We were very much satisfied with the service we received and the job that was done. Jack and his team were all hard working, creative and committed to professionalism and perfection. They made repairs that I had no idea they would have fixed. They filled crack and gaps and replaced parts of the roof that were worn. The final job met all our expectations. They worked through challenging weather conditions, not allowing the conditions to affect the level of their quality work. I would not hesitate to utilize or highly recommend this company again and again.

Johnny was extremely helpful in detailing what needed to be done, permits and cost. He helped my mother out and I trusted him. Pilot did not disappoint and did a great job replacing her roof. Jack and his crew were professionals from start to finish. After finishing the entire project the crew spent several hours cleaning up EVERY piece of scrap and went so far as to dig in the bushes pulling out pieces no bigger than a quarter. Out of curiosity I walked around looking for nails and the such and didn’t find one!! Again, just an incredible experience from beginning to end. My absolute HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!!

I had wind damage to my garage roof and they quickly and efficiently repaired it for me.  Awesome communication on their part as well. When the time comes for new roofing on my house, they will be the ones I call!
